## You decide what the assistant sees and changes

You choose the access level. Start with read-only or allow writes too. Each assistant has its own access, which you can revoke in Fitaily at any time.

## Connect in three steps

1. **Choose your assistant** — Select a tab below for its setup steps.
2. **Add Fitaily MCP** — Paste the server address and sign in with OAuth.
3. **Choose access** — Approve read-only or read-and-write access.

## Security and privacy

- **OAuth 2.1 sign-in with PKCE** — The assistant never sees your password, and its token has the scope you chose.
- **The server stores no data** — Every request goes through the Fitaily API with your token and is validated on its own.
- **Writes need confirmation** — The assistant confirms every write in the chat.
- **Revoke any time** — Revoking in the app invalidates the token immediately.

## Frequently asked questions

**How do I connect Fitaily MCP?**

How do I start? Add a remote MCP server in your chosen client, enter https://mcp.fitaily.com/mcp and sign in with OAuth. Then choose the access you want to grant.

**Does it work in the assistant's mobile app?**

Adding the server requires the browser version of the assistant. Once configured, the connection also works in the assistant's mobile app. The ChatGPT and Claude mobile apps don't allow adding a server directly, but a connector added in the browser works on mobile too.

**What does the assistant see?**

Only what you gave it access to: read, or read and write.

**Can the assistant change my data?**

Only with the write scope, and always after you confirm in the chat.

**How do I disconnect an assistant?**

Settings → AI integrations → revoke access. The token stops working immediately.

**Does it work with other assistants?**

Yes, with any client that supports remote MCP over Streamable HTTP and OAuth.

**Where do I find the server address?**

https://mcp.fitaily.com/mcp. It is also in the app, with a copy button.
